ferdyslab Thank you for reporting this issue along with the reproduction project. I was able to reproduce the crash using the steps you described, so I created an issue ticket here to fix it: EsotericSoftware/spine-runtimes2753
There was a bug in
PhysicsConstraint.cpp
, which didn't apply gravity properly in some cases. This is now fixed in the 4.2 branch.Currently building new Godot binaries. You can download them from the spine-godot docs page once this build has succeeded:

I have also tried to reproduce the problem using the steps you describe, but have been unable to do so. The bone withGravity:100
