So as an Essential user I wanted to ask if the pro features like the weighted mesh animations are supported for traditional spritesheet baking via TexturePacker. Erika Hello ajekov, unfortunately, as stated on the Spine: Purchase Spine page: Spine Essential is unable to export projects containing Spine Professional features such as meshes or IK.
ajekov Yeah, I know that, but my question is, can I bake spritesheets with pro features in TexturePacker and not use runtimes after I purchase the pro version. Or am going to be forced towards cutout animation. Sorry if that was not clear.
Erika Sure, with Pro you can totally export as many spritesheets as you want with all the pro features like mesh deformations. 🙂
