Illustrator script on existing slots?
Hello, I would want to know if I can use the illustrator script to export the pngs needed on slot location , in place and angle of a already existing skeleton in Spine?
or do I have to setup in illustrator, to mimic exactly the set of my default pose in Spine?
and launch the script?
I didn't used the script in a first place, but I am asking, because it seems to offer cool stuff like skin slots export,
(but I don't know how to specify skins slots with the illustrator script).
In general, you create the Illustrator content first, in the setup pose. You then export it with the script, import it into Spine, and then setup your rig/skeleton.
Doing it the other way around, i.e. exporting Illustrator content so it matches a pre-existing rig, is not supported by the Illustrator script I'm afraid.
