  • Someone bought for me spine to work but cant seem to activate it

    Good afternoon Esoteric team, My boss bought for me spine professional and sent me the activation code, however on the website I can only seem to purchase it or download the trial version. I downloaded the trial version to see if somewhere on that version it's an option to activate it but could not find it. I am also left with the question that if I'll be able to keep the license or link it to my account so I can keep using it long after, since the deal with my boss was that I'll pay it little by little to him.

    The Spine Trial doesn't allow you to enter the activation code your boss sent you as the Spine Trial and full versions of Spine (Essential, Professional, Education, Enterprise) are separate applications. Ask your boss for the full Spine license page link; if they entered their email address when purchasing your license for you, they should have received the link to that page in an email from us.

    From the Spine license page, you can download the Spine Launcher and enter the activation code that's on your Spine license page.

    We'll also happily help you change the name and/or email address associated with your Spine license if we receive an email from the current email address on file requesting the change and informing us what the name and/or email address should be updated to.
