Hello,

I created a tree with several layers in its foliage. And I imported animated leaves.
I would like to be able to place the animated leaves below one of the tree foliage layers. But I can't, because it's not on the same sheet. How to do it please?

Hey Syneos,

If you want to import animation from another project, use Import Project
Import - Spine User Guide: Animation
That's what you want to do, right?

No, I would like to change the drawing order

Aha, now I get it,
You cant mix the draw order if they are not on the same skeleton. But if it's only the leaves skeleton you want to put on top of the tree skeleton you can just drag the whole skeleton and put it on top (you have to be in setup mode to do that)

No because I want it to be in the middle (between two foliage sprites that are superimposed).

EDIT: I duplicate sheets and it's good, I couldn't find the function to duplicate

Hah, great! You found a workaround, that's awesome! ?

Hey Sinisa!
Please tell me how to solve the problem.
There is a skeleton that has several skins (these are clothing skins). Each skin is animated by a separate animator. The order of the layers in these skins is different. How to combine everything into one project to preserve the order of layers in Draw Order in all skins.

Hello Tim, the only way to have all the skins in one skeleton and retain different draw order for some elements reusing the same animations is to have separate slots for the parts that require a different draw order than the rest.

Thanks Erika!
Now I have a skeleton of a girl. There are also 5 skins with clothes. Each of the skins has its own bones and slots. There is an attack animation. Several animators added new skins to the attack animation. Now I have 5 projects with the same attack animations and a new skin. But the draw order is different for all projects due to the fact that each animator changed the draw order in accordance with the new skin. How to combine projects in this case? If I import a a new skin into a project and then import animations, how can I combine them to keep the old draw order and the new draw order?

Hello Tim, first import all the skins into one project. Then fix the draw order for the baseline skin. Once this is done switch skin, and for each piece that has a wrong draw order, create a new slot and skin placeholder in it, and move the item there until this skin is correct and same for the previous one.
Then move on to the next skin: check if the pieces that don't work in one slot may work in one of the new slots you made, otherwise add yet another slot. Repeat for each skin.
