There seems to be a weird cursor-flickering thing going on in some areas. I can't remember all the places but two places it happens for sure are the Spine menu on the upper left and the show/hide dopesheet button in Animate mode. When you move your mouse, it kinda flickers back and forth between an arrow and a hand.
It's nothing that breaks the program, Nate. Just acts weird. So you could probably just ignore it until your curiosity gets the best of you. : p
